EMR have been providing our technical support over the last 15 years.
When we moved our office premises from Hornsby to North Ryde in 2005 they had full control of all of our infrastructure close down and set up.
They had to fit out all of the offices and create new IT engine room. On top of this we brought our warehouse in from third parties and they had to build the system to handle this.
It has always been their job to keep us at the forefront of technology so that we can stay in the race with our competitors. This has included updating our servers and ensuring the speed, reliability and storage capability of our system could satisfy our requirements.
We have recently updated our whole call centre hardware platform in line with their recommendations.
They have allowed us to grow from a base of 40 people to upwards of 80 people with little impact on our processing capability. This included the introduction of a new 20 seat call centre to complement our 32 seat existing one.
EMR have also assisted us to develop a fully comprehensive disaster recovery system designed to get us up and running within hours at an offsite call centre with our data intact.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends as I have done on a number of occasions.
They are friendly, reliable, dedicated but most of all honest in their dealings with us.
This all, no doubt, because of the way Eddie and Josie conduct themselves as owners of the business.
